Information We Collect
When you request a free guide, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company, and consent preferences. When you complete a quiz, we may also collect the answers you choose, such as your wellness interest, importance score, and age range. We also store basic attribution and security metadata such as landing page, UTM parameters, referrer, IP address, user agent, and timestamps.
How We Use It
We use your information to deliver the guide you requested, maintain a lead record, notify our team of new requests, and, if you opt in, send occasional educational follow-up emails. Quiz answers help us understand which educational subjects interest readers. If you provide the consent shown on a quiz, we may also use your phone number for the SMS communication described there. You can unsubscribe from future educational emails at any time.
Phone And SMS Consent
If you provide a phone number, phone or SMS follow-up only happens when you explicitly opt in. Consent to phone or SMS follow-up is not required to download the guide. The peptide quiz separately requires the SMS consent shown on that form before submission. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communication.
Educational Content Only
Biohack Library content is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Talk with a qualified clinician before making health decisions.
